We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at lumoragift@use.startmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
